Oct. 28, 2000 15 years old

Oct. 28, 2000 Today I got back from a trip to Nauvoo. Thursday (the 26^th), I went to DisneyQuest with my family. At night the priests came and we hung around until 3am on Friday when we left for Nauvoo. At Nauvoo we went on a carriage ride and some tours. We also played tackle football and my dad hurt his knee. We went to a play that night and fell asleep late. This morning we went to Carthage and saw the jail where Joseph and Hyrum Smith were martyred. After that we stated for home. Once I got home I took a bath and a long nap. We (my family and I) picked up Carolyn and Sonny from the airport because they’re going to watch us while out parents are in Ecuador. It was a good couple of days.

Oct. 25, 2000 Today was good. I had a fun time at school. I dressed up as a homeless man because it was costume day. I had fun.

Oct. 24, 2000 15 years old

Oct. 24, 2000 Today was good. After school I had forensics tryouts which went well. I did a little bit of homework after that and then I went on a temple trip. It was the first time Chris Kelly ever went on one and he did baptisms for the dead for his grandparents. It was a good experience.

Oct. 23, 2000 Today was school. It was ok. I also had work. Altogether an ok, but not a great day.

Oct. 22, 2000 Today I went to Church. I had fun. I had a good family home evening. It was a good day.

Oct. 21, 2000 Today was good. I went to a debate tournament and afterward hung out with Tom. We watched a movie. It was a good time.

Oct. 20, 2000 Today was a good Friday. I got several compliments on my haircut. I had a fun time at school. After school I hung out with Tom a while and afterward me and my family went to a driving range.

Oct. 19, 2000 Today I went to school. I got a haircut. I did my Photo assignment. It was a good day.

Oct 18, 2000 Today I went to school After school I hung out with Pat, Joe Davidson, and Josh Wenzel. It was a good time. We went to a burger place and the mall. Other than that we basically just hung around and drove places. It was a good day.

Oct. 17, 2000 Today was a good Tues. I took a lot of tests in school and hung out with friends. I also went to scouts and home taught. All in all it was a good day.

Oct. 15, 2000 Today was Church. It was a good time. After Church I had SED which was fun. A good day.

Oct. 12, 2000 Today was a fine school day. After school I did a retake quiz. I hung out with Tom and Jacob. We got 2 new TV’s and a DVD player installed in our house today. A good day.

Oct. 10, 2000 Today was a Tuesday. I went to school and then came home. I cashed a paycheck and went to work. After work I went to scouts.

Oct 9, 2000 Today was a Monday. School was good. I think I did poorly on a homework quiz. I hung out with Jacob and Tom after school. I went to Barnes and Noble.

Oct 8, 2000 General Conference 15 years old

Oct 8, 2000 Today was General Conference again. It was good. We ate lunch at our house with Chris Kelly (Susan’s boyfriend) and the Zieglar’s. After the afternoon session we celebrated my brother-in-law Steve’s birthday. He’s 28 as of the 6^th. We had family home evening.

Oct 7, 2000 Today was General Conference. Robert Hales’s talk was very good. It was about when you become baptized you become a citizen of the kingdom of God. We ate lunch at TGI Fridays. I slept through a lot of the second session. Susan had homecoming pictures taken at our house. The Priesthood session had a lot of good talks. All in all it was a very good day.

Oct 6, 2000 Today was Friday. It was a good school day. After school I worked for a few hours. It was homecoming.

Oct 5, 2000 Today was a good day. I went to school which was normal. I then came home and relaxed like the entire day. It was a little rainy. I took the dog for a walk. I hung out with Tom and watched cartoons.

Sep 28, 2000 Today was busy. First I went to seminary and school. After school I went to work for 3 hrs. Following that I went and met with Jim Jorsch for my Eagle project. Then I went home teaching at the Jackson’s. Then I went with my father to pick up Michael from gymnastics. All in all it was a busy but good day.
